How to sync Airbnb and Vrbo calendars without double-bookings

You list your apartment on Airbnb on a Friday. You copy the iCal URL, paste it into Vrbo by hand, and move on with your weekend. By Monday, the two feeds have drifted apart — one booking landed on Airbnb that Vrbo never saw, and now two guests think they are checking in on the same Friday.
